Lucie Blancal joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2020.
She practices in tax law, with a particular focus on estate and wealth taxation. She advises executives, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, private banks, and family offices on the management, sale, or transfer of their business assets (sales, contributions, Dutreil agreements) and personal assets (gifts, exit taxes), including their real estate holdings. She also handles the tax aspects of estate disputes.
She also assists her clients with issues related to their reporting obligations (income tax, real estate wealth tax) and during tax audits and litigation. She further supports her clients in the establishment and management of nonprofit organizations (foundations, endowment funds).
In addition, she practices sports law, particularly regarding the governance of sports organizations (federations, leagues, committees). In this context, she assists stakeholders in the sports world (clubs, players, referees) with their tax-related issues.
