Marie-Charlotte Le Floch joined CMS Francis Lefebvre as counsel in July 2024 and began her career in British and American global law firms. She is involved in numerous strategic transactions, mostly in life sciences sector.
Her practice covers the acquisitions of listed and non-listed companies, cross border transactions, strategic partnerships, industrial spin-offs, investments and fund raisings, joint-ventures, and negotiation of industrial agreements (in particular, manufacturing and supply agreements). She regularly advises multinational corporations as well as family-owned companies of all sizes.
