Marine Petit joined the Tax Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2019.

She specializes in direct taxes and is particularly involved in corporate taxation. She advises French and foreign multinational groups with all their tax management and strategy issues, in particular with regard to tax consolidation, acquisitions and restructuring operations, tax audits and litigations.

She is also involved in personal taxation.
