Mathilde Daniel joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in July 2022.
She specializes in international taxation, in transfer pricing and company valuations matters. More specifically, Mathilde assists multinationals in planning and structuring transfer pricing policies, as well as in tax audits and litigation. She is also regularly involved in the tax valuation of assets and company shares.
Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre, Mathilde worked for over 2 years at Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats in the transfer pricing department.
