Mathilde Murat joined the Tax Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon as a lawyer in January 2019.
Mathilde covers all aspects of corporate and personal tax, for both advice and litigation.
She specialises in issues relating to corporate tax matters: corporate income tax, group tax consolidation, real estate tax issues, and restructuring operations. She also deals with matters relating to VAT, both in respect of French and international law. She advises both SMEs and large international groups on the establishment of their tax strategy.
