Mehdi Abidi joined the CMS Francis Lefebvre tax department in 2024.
He is involved in tax law and in particular in international tax and transfer pricing. More specifically, Mehdi advises MNE groups in the definition, implementation, documentation and defence of their transfer pricing policy.
He is also involved in business and asset valuation in the contex of intercompany restructuring operations.
