Morgane joined section 400 (transfer pricing) in 2020 as a tax lawyer. She has a Master degree in International Tax Law from Paris XII and a Master degree in International Business Law from Paris II.
Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre, she has worked for more than 3 years as a tax lawyer employee in the transfer pricing department of EY Société d’Avocats.
She has assisted many multinational enterprises implementing their structuring projects or complying with their transfer pricing requirements. She has contributed to many tax audit settlements as well.
