He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2011.
He is involved in direct taxation. He intervenes more particularly in corporate and group taxation. In particular, he advises them during their restructuring operations and also assists them during tax audits or litigation before the French Courts.
He also advises individuals in matters of personal taxation and assists them in particular in the event of reorganization of their assets and liabilities or in their dealings with the French tax authorities.
