Nicole Flandin joined the firm in 1999.
Nicole is a partner in the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon. She works mainly on mergers & acquisitions, including LBO transactions, the setting up of joint ventures and project operations: she advises on the implementation of project companies and the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements.
She advises both corporate groups as well as investment funds in their acquisitions and sales transactions. She specifically assists companies in the industrial and real estate sectors.
