Sandy specializes in direct taxes and is particularly involved in corporate taxation. She advises French and foreign multinational groups with all their tax management and strategy issues, in particular with regard to tax consolidation, acquisitions and restructuring operations, tax audits and litigations. She is also involved in personal taxation. Sandy joined the Tax Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2016, after a professional experience in the Tax department of the EY law firm. |
