Sebastian specializes in tax law. Focusing on national and international corporate taxation, he mainly advises clients within group tax management, the tax structuring of investment projects, disposals, or internal reorganizations (mergers and spin-offs) as well as in the context of real estate transactions and the structuring of real estate investment funds.

He also assists executives with their income and wealth tax issues.

Sebastian has joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in October 2009.
