Simon Lasne joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2022.

He is specialized in international law and notably in transfer pricing. More specifically, Simon advises MNE groups in the definition, implementation, documentation and defence of their transfer pricing policy. He is also involved in business and asset valuation in the context of intercompany restructuring operations.
