Stéphanie has worked in the CMS Francis Lefebvre local taxes department since 2002. Her role specifically involves reconstituting property rental values of industrial sites used as a basis for local taxes, i.e. land tax and the corporate land contribution (CFE – Cotisation Foncière des Entreprises) in the framework of audits, tax inspections, legal restructuring and litigation as well as company value-added contribution (CVAE – Cotisation sur la Valeur Ajoutée des Entreprises), tax on offices, shops, storage premises and car parks in the Greater Paris region, tax on commercial premises (TASCOM), residential tax payable by companies, associations and natural persons and the local outdoor advertising tax (TLPE – Taxe Locale sur la Publicité Extérieure).
