Thomas Bos joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2024.
He assists financial institutions and their clients in the structuring and negotiation of securitisation transactions (trade receivables, financial receivables, vehicle fleets, synthetic securitisations) and other receivables mobilisation transactions (factoring, tax receivables, NPLs portfolio transfers, subsidies).
He also assists his clients in the setting up of corporate financings.
