Valentin Dejaune is a tax lawyer within the Africa Practice team. He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2020. Prior to joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, Valentin was a trainee lawyer in several French and American law firms in Paris and also practiced in Casablanca, Morocco. He provides tax assistance to companies in Africa concerning their domestic tax issues (common law regime, incentive and sectoral regimes) and international tax issues (tax treatment of dividends, interests, royalties, management fees).
