Debt Capital Markets

Our multi-lingual Hong Kong finance team has regularly advised on a variety of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions.

We are particularly well-known for complex structured bond products (including securitisations, repacks, derivatives-linked bonds). We also advise on vanilla bond issuances (including issuance of CNY “dim sum” bonds, USD Eurobonds, convertible bonds, etc).

In Hong Kong, we have represented bond underwriters, arrangers, issuers, trustees, rating agencies, liquidity providers, credit enhancement providers, insurance companies, swap counterparties, service providers, receivers, liquidators, etc.
