Alessandro Sassone began his collaboration with the firm in 2017 in the Corporate M&A department.
Alessandro assists Italian and foreign companies with respect to commercial and corporate law matters, providing advice in relation to the drafting of bylaws and shareholders agreements, day-by-day legal issues and M&A transactions, also with respect to the transfer of shares, shareholdings and companies. He also provides assistance to foreign and domestic companies involved in the retail sector through the drafting and negotiation of business lease agreements.
