Domenico Musso is Counsel in the Public Finance group – Banking & Finance department.
He began his collaboration with CMS in 2022, after providing assistance to international law firms, Swiss and UK-based banks, and being part of the International Tax & Transaction Services practice of one of the Big 4 in Philadelphia, PA, USA.
His activity at the firm concentrates on assisting Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASPs) and Fintech operators, on both regulatory issues, and litigation, covering the entire litigation process from pre-action advice through to trial and appeals.
Additionally, he assists leading Italian and international banks, companies and investment funds, financial companies, as well as financial intermediaries and asset management companies on derivatives, financial mis-selling, information obligations, anti-money laundering, and MiFID-related issues.
Domenico has developed strong expertise in Vatican Financial law, assisting corporate and private clients in Europe and the United States.
