Edoardo Marangoni joined the firm in 2016 and is part of the Corporate/M&A Department.
Edoardo has gained experience in Italian and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies and individuals also in the pre and/or post-acquisition phase, including FDI notifications.
He also deals with corporate governance matters, the management of corporations, including day to day activities, commercial contracts and litigation.
Edoardo’s experience includes working for major multinational companies and start-ups operating in a wide range of industries and business sectors including energy and renewables (also in the development phase), life sciences, media and telecommunication, manufacturing, real estate, banking and finance and non-profit.
Edoardo passed a secondment period of several months in the Corporate M&A department of the CMS London office.
