Edoardo joined the Firm in 2016 and is part of the Corporate/M&A Department. He worked for several years in the Rome office and is now based in the Milan office.
He has significant experience in Italian and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, advising International and Italian clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, including in pre‑ and post‑acquisition matters and FDI filings.
He also advises on corporate governance, general corporate matters and a broad range of commercial contracts.
Edoardo’s experience includes advising major multinational companies, financial investors, start-ups and individuals across a wide range of industries, including energy and renewables (also in the development phase), life sciences, media and telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, banking and finance, and the non-profit sector.
He also completed a several-month secondment in the Corporate/M&A Department of the CMS London office.
He was recognized as a Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer in 2022 and is recommended by Legal500 as a key lawyer in the energy sector.
