Giulia joined the Firm in 2024 as Associate in the Energy department as well as in the Corporate/M&A department.
Working in the Rome office, she provides assistance to both Italian and foreign clients in relation to M&A transactions, corporate governance and contracts.
Moreover, she gained experience in the energy sector, regularly assisting investors, project developers, and investment funds in the development and acquisition of renewable energy plants. In this context, her activity focuses primarily on corporate, contractual and regulatory aspects, due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of project contracts, sale & purchase agreements, Joint Venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
