Ilaria began her collaboration with the Firm’s Employment Department in 2024, as Senior Associate.
Working in the Rome office, she focuses her activity on labour law and industrial relations.
Ilaria gained considerable experience in advising on several labour law issues, including employment and collaboration contracts, manpower leasing, agency contracts, individual and collective dismissals, transfer of business, service contracts, drafting of company regulations, due diligence activities, transnational transactions and trade union negotiations.
