Stuttgart – Bechtle AG acquires Nuovamacut Automazione S.p.A., the largest partner for Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS in the Mediterranean region. The CAD and PLM specialist is the market leader in Italy and counts around 5,000 predominantly medium-sized companies from the manufacturing industry among its customers. In addition to its many years of experience in the market, the company has been awarded the outstanding CPE Platinum certification level for the entire Dassault Systèmes portfolio. Bechtle is acquiring the company from the Italian software group TeamSystem. Nuovamacut's management team will remain in place under the leadership of Sauro Lamberti. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sales price. The acquisition is currently awaiting approval from the authorities.

An international CMS team led by Dr Tobias Schneider advised Bechtle on all legal aspects of the transaction. Bechtle is a long-standing CMS client.

Bechtle is one of Europe's leading IT service providers and, with its PLM and additive manufacturing companies in Germany and Switzerland, as well as its sister companies planetsoftware (Austria), Cadmes (Benelux and France) and the British software developer DriveWorks, has a strong network of more than 900 experts in eight countries.
