Marco Casasole is head of the Real Estate Law Department of the Firm. In 2002 he began his collaboration with CMS and was appointed Partner in 2005.
His activities are primarily related to the real estate, corporate and commercial sectors, assisting national and international clients operating in various industries, in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
In particular, his previous experience includes: legal assistance for the purchase, sale and letting of commercial properties (offices, retail, hotel) and industrial, including assets under concession, and assistance to property development activities.
