Harrison Street and Artisa Group entered into a joint venture with the aim of investing in pan-European real estate assets suitable for development or conversion into high-end micro-living units, which will be managed by CityPop. The first project consists in the development of 260 residential units in Milan.
CMS assisted Artisa Group with a team consisting of partners Marco Casasole, for the real estate aspects, and Massimo Trentino for the corporate aspects. The UK team consisted of Justin Coaley, Laurence Isaac, Molly Greenslade, Emma Butler and Oliver Vercoe.
