Massimo Trentino joined the firm in 2017 as Partner in the Corporate M&A department.
Massimo Trentino provides legal advice in complex financial and corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and capital markets transactions. He also provides legal advice in regulated sectors (mainly banks and funds) and in relation to the adoption of sustainability policies and, in general, ESG criteria.
Some of his prominent transactions include assistance to the leading Italian Telecom operator (ventures) in multiple investments and divestment transactions; assistance to some of the leading international private equity funds in acquisition transactions (including that of a medical device manufacturer and a 3D printer manufacturer); assistance to the leading Italian Oil & Gas operator in an acquisition transaction of liquefied natural gas plants; assistance in the sale of the largest Italian beer producer; the assistance in green, sustainability-linked, and covered bonds issuance and in the listing of financial instruments on Borsa Italiana, Euronext and the London Stock Exchange.
