Serena Carroli joined the Firm in 2007.  She has extensive expertise in Corporate Law and M&A, providing legal assistance on corporate governance, ranging from administration and control structuring to board and administrative activities, and advising clients on extraordinary transactions, like demergers and domestic and cross-border mergers.  

She also provides legal assistance on corporate matters such as incorporation of companies, directors’ and statutory auditors’ duties and liabilities, accounting control of companies, bond issues, data protection law, and organizational and management models for companies’ administrative liability. In addition to Italian, Serena is fluent in English.
