Stuttgart - The cleaning equipment manufacturer Kärcher has agreed to a strategic cooperation with TTS Cleaning. Through this partnership, Kärcher and TTS aim to complete their portfolio in the field of manual cleaning equipment and expand their customer base. With the addition of TTS's industrial cleaning products, Kärcher strengthens its position as a full-range supplier. In return, TTS expands its market position through Kärcher's global market recognition and its comprehensive product range.
An international CMS team led by M&A-Partners Dr Maximilian Grub and Pietro Cavasola provided comprehensive legal advice to Kärcher on structuring the transaction, legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating the corresponding corporate documents for the cooperation.
