CMS assisted TIM Ventures, the Telecom Italia group's venture capital company, in the latest funding round of Satispay, the new Italian unicorn leader in digital payment platforms.
The transaction involved several investment funds for a total of EUR 320 million raised. TIM Ventures was assisted on all legal aspects of the transaction by CMS with a team composed of Partner Massimo Trentino, Associate Valerio Giuseppe Daniele and Junior Associate Arianna Toccaceli.
