Valerio Giuseppe Daniele

Valerio Giuseppe Daniele joined CMS’s Rome office in 2019. He currently works in the Corporate/M&A department as a Senior Associate.

Valerio regularly advises both domestic and foreign companies, as well as investment funds, on complex corporate transactions. His areas of expertise include mergers, demergers, acquisitions (both share and asset deals), along with investments, private equity and venture capital transactions. 

He assists clients with corporate and commercial matters, including deal structuring and negotiation, due diligence, corporate secretarial activities, and the drafting of a diverse range of commercial contracts. Additionally, Valerio has gained specialized knowledge in foreign direct investment (FDI) activities, including the drafting and management of the so-called “Golden Power” notifications.

In 2022, Valerio was seconded for several months to CMS’s London office.
