Zeus Ombeva, previously a Principal Associate in our Dispute Resolution department, is a seasoned litigator and arbitration counsel. Zeus regularly appears before the Kenyan superior courts and arbitral tribunals and is known for his strategic approach and calm, results-driven advocacy. His appointment reinforces CMS Kenya’s market-leading dispute resolution offering.
Jacinta Ngumo, formerly a Principal Associate in our Corporate Commercial department, has built a strong track record advising on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, banking & finance, energy & climate change, projects & infrastructure. She acts for both local and cross-border clients and is valued for her commercial insight, attention to detail, and dedication to client service. Jacinta’s promotion further deepens the department’s leadership bench and highlights the firm’s commitment to fostering women in leadership.
