Each year, CMS Luxembourg welcomes a select number of law students for academic internships.
These internships are one of the main gateways to a long-term career with the Firm and provide a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the standards, responsibilities and expectations of a leading international law firm.
What we offer
Our Corporate M&A Lawyers are currently looking for a 6-month Legal Trainee as from July 2027.
If you are interested in Corporate Law and are keen to gain experience and skills within a dynamic and supportive team, this opportunity is for you!
As a Legal Trainee, you will:
- Work in an international and friendly environment;
- Be trained and mentored by experienced lawyers;
- Assist on a variety of transactions for diversified and reputed clients;
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents;
- Participate in conference calls and assist in the preparation of client meetings;
- Contribute to the organisation and/or attend internal and external seminars and conferences.

Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law, an LL.M., or Bar School;
- You are bilingual in French and fluent in English. German would be an asset;
- You are motivated, open-minded, and a team player with a strong willingness to learn;
- You are eager to gain international experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
