Our Dispute Resolution team is expanding and is therefore looking for a mid-level Associate
Your responsibilities
- Advising clients, including analysis and recommendation, on commercial litigation matters (insolvency law related litigation, corporate disputes and any type of financial sector related litigation).
- Drafting various legal documents, such as pleadings, proceedings, memorandums based on your research, legal opinions or contracts.
- Representing your clients in front of court.
- Contributing to the development of the dispute resolution practice while growing expertise.
- Ability to assist when needed our employment law team in litigation related matters
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in law;
- You have minimum 2 years of working experience in dispute resolution, within a Luxembourg-based law firm.
- You have good presentation skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical and summarising skills.
- Professional, dynamic and open-minded, you enjoy working and interacting within a team.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with good organisational skills.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset.
