The Firm provides comprehensive legal support to local and international clients, both for their Luxembourg transactions and their day-to-day operations.

Role Purpose 

We are creating a new AI Solutions Analyst role to accelerate the firm’s transition towards a more innovative, technology-enabled way of working. 

This role sits at the intersection of legal expertise, innovation, and technology delivery, with a primary focus on supporting the Funds practice. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between lawyers, business teams, and technology, helping identify high-value opportunities, design AI-powered solutions, and drive adoption across the practice. 

The role combines hands-on solution development, use case structuring, and practice-facing advisory, with a strong focus on delivering tangible improvements to efficiency, quality, and client service. 

 Key Responsibilities 

Workflow improvement and use case development

  • Collaborate with the Funds practice to assess current workflows, identify pain points, and to assess the feasibility, impact, and ROI of potential innovations.
  • Map and analyse legal processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI augmentation, and optimisation. 
  • Support practice leadership and Innovation teams in defining and prioritising initiatives aligned with firm strategic objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain reusable components, workflows, and data pipelines to scale solutions. 
  • Design and run technology pilots from start to finish with minimal oversight, including defining objectives, scope, timeline, budget, metrics, and success criteria, and managing stakeholders, risks, and issues. 
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment of practice-specific needs with firmwide innovation initiatives, acting as a bridge between legal teams, innovation team, and firm leadership.
  • Stay up to date with AI, legal tech, and productivity tools relevant to legal operations. 
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure secure and scalable solution design. 
  • Contribute to the firm’s AI and innovation roadmap and solution portfolio. 

Adoption

  • Drive the adoption of AI tools and new workflows across the Funds practice and beyond. 
  • Design and deliver practical, business-oriented training sessions. 
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring solutions are embedded into daily legal work. 
  • Produce clear internal communication. 

Responsible AI & Governance 

  • Promote safe, secure, and responsible AI usage across the firm. 
  • Advise stakeholders on capabilities, limitations, and data governance requirements. 
  • Ensure alignment with firm policies, regulatory expectations, and client confidentiality obligations. 

Your Profile 

Education & Experience 

  • Master’s degree in AI, data, engineering, or a related field or a legal background with strong technology exposure. 
  • 1–3 years’ experience in AI, legal tech, or innovation roles.
  • Experience deploying or supporting AI-enabled tools in enterprise settings, with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications.  
  • Exposure to legal environments or professional services is a strong advantage. 

Skills 

  • Strong ability to translate legal/business needs into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Knowledge of process optimisation and design thinking methodologies. 
  • Ability to define and measure KPIs, build ROI cases, and use data-driven approaches for solution evaluation. 
  • Excellent leadership skills, including planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication. 
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, automation platforms, and LLM-based applications.
