To support the continued development of our Innovation function, we are currently looking for an Innovation Intern for a minimum period of 6 months.
Your Role
As an Innovation Intern, you will support the Innovation team in promoting legal technology and AI-enabled solutions across the firm. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, while contributing to practical projects, research, testing, communication and change management initiatives.
Working closely with lawyers and business services teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the identification and definition of business requirements and use cases for AI-driven solutions;
- Contributing to the design, testing and continuous improvement of AI and legal technology solutions supporting legal workflows;
- Supporting experimentation with legal AI tools, Microsoft Copilot and other innovation platforms;
- Collecting and analysing usage data and helping prepare clear reports and dashboards on user adoption and engagement;
- Maintaining innovation guidance, training materials, internal documentation and knowledge resources;
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of internal communications, awareness campaigns and training initiatives;
- Providing project coordination and administrative support to the Innovation team as required;
- Conducting research on legal technology, artificial intelligence trends, emerging tools and market best practices;
- Supporting pilot projects and helping gather feedback from users across the firm;
- Collaborating with different departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Through our international network and innovation initiatives, you will gain exposure to the practical implementation of technology and AI solutions in a leading international law firm.
Your profile
- You are in the final year of, or have recently graduated from a leading university, business school or equivalent institution, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Law or a related discipline;
- You have a strong interest in AI, legal technology, innovation and business transformation;
- You are curious about how technology can improve professional services and create value for end users;
- You are able to analyse information, understand business challenges and communicate complex concepts clearly;
- You demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- You are proactive, adaptable and eager to learn new tools and technologies;
- You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team;
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English; French would be considered an asset;
- You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications;
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, data analytics or coding concepts would be considered an advantage.
