Adrien is a Counsel in CMS Luxembourg Corporate M&A practice.
He is involved in commercial and corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions. He advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, structuring and restructuring operations.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, he has worked for four years in the corporate team of a Big Four firm in Luxembourg.
Adrien has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2021.
