Alex is an Associate in the Investment Funds practice at CMS Luxembourg.
He advises corporate clients, investors and financial stakeholders on domestic and cross‑border transactions, with a particular focus on alternative investment fund‑related matters (SV, SCSp, Sàrl, RAIF, SIF, SICAR, Part II), private equity, as well as public and private M&A.
Alex has developed experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of key corporate documentation, as well as related regulatory considerations.
He also assists local and international clients in their securitisation and capital market transactions, for both debt and equity, whether exempted, publicly authorised and/or listed.
Prior to joining CMS in 2026, Alex gained experience in Corporate/M&A and Private Equity within top‑tier law firms in Paris and at an international investment bank, where he was largely involved in cross‑border public M&A transactions.
He also worked extensively on employee shareholding matters, with a particular focus on French FCPE funds in cross‑border contexts.
Alex has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2026.
