Bertrand is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice of CMS Luxembourg.

He serves a wide range of corporate clients and financial institutions in complex litigation and arbitration matters and handles civil and commercial disputes involving contract law, private international law, civil and tort liabilities, corporate law, investment funds, banking and finance. 

He regularly represents clients before civil and commercial courts, with a particular focus on corporate and fund‑related disputes. 

In addition, Bertrand frequently acts in cross‑border asset tracing and recovery matters and assists clients with pre‑litigation strategies as well as compliance with Luxembourg law and EU regulations.

He also intervenes in insolvency and restructuring matters.

Bertrand is a French-qualified lawyer since 2020 and was admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars in 2021.
