Charlotte is a Counsel in CMS Luxembourg Banking & Finance practice.

She advises on domestic and cross-border financing arrangements as well as financial collateral arrangements. 
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, she has worked for more than seven years in the banking & finance department of a top-tier Luxembourg law firm.

Charlotte has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018.
