Faouzi is a Managing Associate in CMS Luxembourg Tax practice.
He provides tax advice to a wide range of Luxembourg-based and international clients with a particular focus on the tax aspects of investment funds, private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions. Faouzi also advises on transfer pricing, exchange of information matters (FATCA, CRS, and DAC 6), and tax compliance obligations.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg in 2025, Faouzi worked for several years at another international law firm in Luxembourg and has been seconded at a major international bank.
Faouzi is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and New York State Bar.
