He advises clients on complex capital markets and finance matters, with a particular focus on securitisation and structured finance transactions.

He has extensive experience representing originators, issuers and investors (including financial institutions, investment funds and large corporates) in cross-border securitisations across a broad range of asset classes. These include consumer credits, NPLs, loans, bonds, CLOs, equity instruments, high-yield securities, tokenised securities, derivatives, and green, social and/or sustainability bonds.

Beyond transactional work, José is actively involved in thought leadership and professional training in capital markets, securitisation and digital assets.

He contributes to industry reports and strategic analyses on regulatory and market developments, providing insights on key trends and challenges for investors and financial professionals.

José has co‑organised and participated as an expert in webinars on securitisation solutions applied to fundraising strategies, analysing how securitisation structures—including impact‑driven solutions—can be leveraged to finance projects.
