Karina Constantin is a Managing Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.

She acts on a full range of matters relating to Luxembourg-based alternative investment funds, particularly focusing on the structuring, formation and operating of Luxembourg regulated investment vehicles (including SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated investment vehicles (including RAIFs and Luxembourg partnerships) across various strategies and asset classes, including private equity and credit.

Karina has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2022.
