Lauriane Susan is a Counsel in CMS Tax practice.
She advises a wide range of national and international clients, including high net worth individuals and their businesses, on direct taxation aspects of financial and commercial transactions, restructuring and M&A projects, with a strong focus on transfer pricing. Her expertise notably covers preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, restructurings and planning of Transfer Pricing policies.
She also assists other teams, such as our corporate, commercial and investment funds departments, on tax-related matters.
Before joining CMS, Lauriane was working for more than 10 years in the Tax department of a leading law firm in Luxembourg.
