Lilla is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.
She intervenes on the set-up of Luxembourg alternative investment funds (AIFs) regulated and unregulated.
Lilla assists both local and international clients on their ongoing operations of AIF and UCITS as well as on a broad range of legal and regulatory funds matters including the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
Before joining CMS Luxembourg, she has gained experience at other Luxembourg based international law firms and a law firm in Budapest.
She was registered with the Budapest Bar in 2014 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018.
