Pol is a Managing Associate in CMS Luxembourg Dispute Resolution and Employment practice.

He is involved in a wide range of transactions including commercial, corporate, and civil litigation.

Pol advises both national and international clients on a daily basis on the legal aspects of dispute resolution and employment and is in charge in particular of drafting and reviewing legal and contractual documents.
