Suzanne joined CMS Luxembourg in 2019 and is a Managing Associate in our Banking & Finance team.
She intervenes in both local and cross-border implementation of new structures and restructuring. She notably assists clients on all kinds of financial matters and a wide range of projects including loan finance, corporate finance, insurance as well as documenting financial arrangements and drafting all relevant banking and financial documentation.
Suzanne has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019.
