Thibaut Riscatto is a Counsel in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice. He possesses extensive knowledge in the impact investing industry, climate and social impact projects and microfinance. Before joining CMS Luxembourg in 2024, Thibaut worked for six years in a top-tier Luxembourg law firm.
Thibaut advises domestic and international clients on the structuring of Luxembourg alternative investment vehicles and on the corporate, organisational, ongoing operational and transactional aspects of Luxembourg investment funds and management companies. He also advises on the set-up of securitisation vehicles.
Thibaut also participates in other initiatives as trainer such as International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA Luxembourg) and the Certificate in Law and Regulation of Inclusive Finance of the Luxembourg University.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
