Olivier Marquet, Managing Partner, in charge of our Banking & Finance expertise, and Gautier Barat, Counsel, had the pleasure of hosting our annual “B&F Morning” seminar.
This meeting, dedicated to professionals in the Principality's banking and finance sector, provides an opportunity to review the latest case law developments in Monegasque banking and finance jurisprudence, enabling participants to prepare for the new challenges they will face this year.
Three members of our Banking & Finance team (Ivan Orsolini, Emmanuel Thiomé and Wahid Belaghlem) were also present to listen to our experts.
