Gautier Barat is a Senior Associate within the Banking & Finance team.

He advises and assists financial institutions in all types of civil, commercial, criminal and cross-border litigation. Given his specific expertise in banking and financing law, he advises various economic players in regulatory activities both in counselling and litigation. He has also developped an expertise in cross border recovery (protective and enforcement measures).

Before joining the firm in 2019, Gautier worked in Paris for 8 years in several business law firms and at the French Financial Markets Authority (« Autorité des Marchés Financiers » - DICS departement).
