CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor annonces the appointment of Raphaëlle Svara as partner within the Private Client team.
Raphaëlle Svara, a Monaco-qualified lawyer, joined the Private Client team of CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor in 2016, date of her registration with Monaco’s Bar.
She specialises in family law, private international law and estate planning, and acts for natural persons, family offices and trusts, advising and representing them before both civil and criminal courts in Monaco.
Raphaëlle holds a double degree in law and management from ESC Reims (now Neoma Business School Reims), a diploma in Brazilian tax law from the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários of São Paolo, a certificate in foundations and a professional postgraduate diploma in private wealth advising from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
She previously worked at law firms in Paris, São Paolo and Monaco, and at the UN.
Raphaëlle joins Christine Pasquier Ciulla in the lead of the Private Client team. Christine Pasquier Ciulla is Avocat in Monaco and one of the founding partners of CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor. The Private Client team is also comprised of six associates, trained in both civil law and common law, and capable of delivering a legal and judicial service in a great variety of languages.
