On this page

Last week, Christine Pasquier Ciulla and Raphaëlle Svara spoke at the STEP Europe Conference in Cyprus.

While Christine spoke about cross-border family succession issues under Monaco law, Raphaëlle moderated a panel discussion on tax issues to consider in a cross-border divorce.

Christine and Raphaëlle are both partners in the Private Clients team in Monaco, which acts for natural persons, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as family offices and trusts, and handles a variety of highly complex cross-border divorce and succession issues, involving individuals owning all kinds of assets in all parts of the world.

A short interview of Christine was recently published on STEP’s website, that can be viewed here.

The Private Clients team in Monaco also handles advisory and contentious mandates and accompanies its clients in all the milestones that punctuate a lifetime, from conception to succession.
